I recently went to Francy for a pre holiday wax, it was my first time and she made me feel at ease straight away. She was very professional but also really friendly. Can't recommend enough.

the team were very friendly. There was a slight language barrier so I did end up leavin with a haircut I hadnt intended to have but I do like the cut, but only when its curly. The water was cold on the hairwash and even though I asked for it to be hotter it wasnt. I also had to remind the hairdresser to check the cut after drying it, before styling it.
