Francy made what potentially was a rubbish day into the most amazing!! And all in an hour!! My new nail tech for sure. Thankyou Francy!! She even let me take my colour home in case I smudged or damaged a nail on the way!! I’ve yet to return it but am eternally grateful

Unfortunately I had to wait 20 mins after my appointment time until I was seen. However, the woman who did my eyebrows was lovely, chatty and did an excellent job. The receptionist did give me a discount due to the wait, which was appreciated.
