I could not be more upset with my experience!! Sergio was the best and my go to, I thought as he has left I’d try someone new. Janne cut my hair but did not understand a word I was saying to her. She has cut my hair so short when I’ve been trying to grow for the past 8 months. Thick, uneven blunt layers, uneven hair on the side to frame the face. I’ve cried all weekend, my hair has been hacked to pieces. Waiting for my refund so someone can sort this mess hopefully. Never coming back.
