Had an appointment with Adriana for the first time this morning. She was a bit late but I didn't really mind, she seemed lovely and made sure to triple check if I was ok with the length she was taking off of the length of my hair. What I have a problem with was that when I asked for a side fringe she misunderstood me and started cutting a fringe. After I stopped her and told her that's not what I wanted, instead of trying to make my half cut fringe look semi presentable, she acted like she did not know how to proceed and kept telling me it's just hair and it's gonna grow back. I find that highly unprofessional, I clearly stated I was not happy with it, she still charged me a full price and sent me out of the saloon with a half fringe that is higly noticable and I'll either have to have pinned back until it grows out or I will have to get it fixed by someone else. Needless to say I'm extremely unhappy with her service.
