This was my first visit at the Francy's new salon. Had the best experience. Francy is lovely and does a great job. Sure, you can't have painless waxing, but she makes you feel comfortable and at ease. Waxing was neat and hair started to grow back in about 2 weeks, which is great.
Salon itself is small but very cosy. All other staff are friendly and welcomes you with smile. Definatley will return!

It was my first time at Francy and also having gel nails. I found them to be very friendly, and did a great job with my nails - I was after a darker red for my wedding, and they matched it by mixing two colours which worked very well. They lasted for over two weeks with no chipping and despite fairly hard use (I was arranging the flowers for the wedding the next day!) Very tolerant of my ticklish feet during the pedicure, my feet were lovely and smooth after their efforts. I would certainly go back.
