Francy is really friendly and welcoming. She makes sure you are comfortable at all time. The room is nice. There isn't much privacy when getting changed. Massage was really relaxing. I will be going back.

This was the first time I had used Francy Beauty Therapy and it was great. Everyone was so friendly and it was probably the best wax I've ever had! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
