Francy is a lovelly women, she was very nice and did an extraordinary job, I was really pleased, not 1 sign of hear left. I recommand you visit her and you'll feel the same, try it for youreself and won't regret it! ;)

First time using Francy and will be returning! Had a Hollywood hot wax and I had left it a very long time in between waxing and have very dark strong hair and she made it as pain free as possible. There wasn't a single hair left! Very friendly and a great therapist. Highly recommend.

I was having a very hectic day Francy was very nice and allowed me to calm down and feel at ease. Very friendly and spoke to me the whole time.... Excellent Hollywood done will defo be going back :)

Francy was lovely. My bikini wax was quick and gentle, no awkwardness either. My only criticism is not of Francy but the building. You have to walk through the lazer clinic, this was shabby and a bit smelly. Francy's Beauty Room was clean and comfortable. I will be going back.
