Francy is to lovely and understanding! I've not been with such a wonderful beautician before, I couldn't make my first appointment due to delayed trains, she was so understanding and gave me a different time appointment on the same day! Thank you so much Francy, Everything was done pain free (apart from the sensitive bits of course haha)

2 years ago, when my waxer of 5 years moved out of London, I was desperately trying many of the salons and "professionals" listed on this site to find a replacement. I was almost ready to give up when I found Francy! She's be best waxer ever! And at such a reasonable price. I've been to so many salons in South East London - from Catford to Beckenham, paying well over the odds for subpar nonplussed service.
Francy does a great job every time, she never rushes but doesn't take long, her salon and products are clean and I never have any ingrown hairs. She uses a special oil that in all my years of being waxed I'd never seen before. It removes every speck of wax from you so (unlike some places) you can carry on with your day as usual without feeling like you've got wax stuck everywhere. She is a true master of her art and such a lovely person, you couldn't ask for a better service.
