I was running 5 minutes late and called ahead and Franny was so understanding. I have never felt so comfortable with someone during a wax. I can't recommend her enough and have done so to my friends. The results are the best I have seen and in record time. I actually can't and won't go anywhere else.

Francy is a lovely lady and she is excellent at waxing! Her beauty room is in Bromley town centre and is very easy to find. would certainly recommend and I will be back again next time. Thank you.
