Francy is to lovely and understanding! I've not been with such a wonderful beautician before, I couldn't make my first appointment due to delayed trains, she was so understanding and gave me a different time appointment on the same day! Thank you so much Francy, Everything was done pain free (apart from the sensitive bits of course haha)
