Was my first time booking an appointment. They were overall very welcoming and friendly - nice atmosphere. I wasn’t happy with my end result as my hair felt very flat and bristly. After going home to re-re-wash & style it, it was better. I think it was the products used that made it lack volume. I also wasn’t sure if heat protector was applied to my hair before it got styled. Leaving a review so some alternative shampoos/ styling products can be provided with cut, wash and blow-dry treatments.

Popped in for a quick gel removal which was done really efficiently and gently. I was pleasantly surprised that my nails were in such good condition afterwards as this hasn’t been the case at other venues. Everyone was super friendly, I look forward to going back for a mani/pedi soon.

As soon as I went inside, Gracy Kelly and her colleague greeted me with their big friendly smiles. Gracy was quite gentle and thorough. She asked how I would like my hair to be cut and treated me with utmost professionalism. Getting a haircut can be a harrowing experience but thank you for the relaxing and reassuring atmosphere you have provided for me. I hope you continue to keep up the good work.
