As someone who's had bad experiences at hairdressers, I never hold out much hope and tend to leave it until the last possible minute. I must say Frasier was entirely refreshing. He genuinely took interest in what I do with my hair, and talked me through how curly hair should be cut. A first. Very easy to get on with and made me completely at ease. I'd highly recommend him.
