I have very problematic skin, Jenna has helped me over the last year with her fantastic facials and skincare advice. I’ve seen a dramatic improvement, my confidence has grown loads. I wouldn’t go to anyone else, her knowledge and experience is exceptional.

Having an extremely stressful job I needed something to help me relax. A full body massage by Jenna really did the trick. Booked in every week, something I now look forward too. Can't wait for next week now.

Getting close to 40 I wanted to look younger. I had botox and the results are amazing! I was really scared of needles but Jenna made me feel really calm and relaxed. She was very patient with me too. I recommend her to everyone I know.

That's my first time at Freddie James, my experience was amazing The salon is spotless & a beautiful decor the place is very quiet and relaxed, but the best of all is the great massage from Jenna thank you so much I will for sure come back when I am around. Thank you!

Managed to get a last minute appointment for a pedicure as I was in desperate need! I'm always very nervous about going to a new beautician but Jenna made me feel very welcome as soon as I walked through the door.
