It is always a pleasure to visit Pavlina at the Wholistic Centre. Over a cup of turmeric tea we talked after a relaxing 1.5hr massage as part of the Love Actually package. I always feel so refreshed after visiting, even though we have some hard talks about the realities of living in London! I recommend giving yourself some time to relax and take a treatment with Pavlina.
