I had wanted an hour facial but booked for a half an hour as this was all they had left. When I arrived, the therapist suggested an hour would be better and she would stay open late to accommodate this! How kind! Relaxing experience and really professional. Would recommend!

unfortunately felt rushed, appointment started late and finished 15 minutes early, and beautician left to deal with other bookings in the middle of the appointment
