When I turned up they weren't aware of my booking (apparently no message was received from Wahanda), but I waited only about 10 minutes and they fitted me in. Despite the rocky start I was very pleased with the service and my haircut! The lady who cut my hair was friendly and took a lot of care - I didn't feel at all as though I was being rushed though because they didn't expect me. I came out with a fantastic hair cut for a very reasonable price. But you can actually get the cut cheaper if you book direct with the salon instead of going through Wahanda because they have an offer for new customers! And if you go there regularly you get 30% off on every 5th hair cut. Definitely recommended, I will be back :-)
Very friendly owner who also carried out my wax. I have had some horrendous waxes in the past so was nervous trying a new place but was perfect! Very professional but also quick, one of the best waxes I have had.

I'll never come back, unprofessional staff. When the HD asked me how I wanted to cut the hair I show her a picture and I said I just wanted to trim them a bit and make them look nice for an interview. After the haircut she blow-dry my hair, and when realized I wasn't satisfied, she struggled to change the hair curls with a hair straightener. The result was not acceptable and she said that the blow dry was not good because my hair were too short...Why she didn't tell me this before start? When I show her the picture she was confident in what she was doing so I guess this was a kind of excuse. I paid and she wish me a "good party" - when I said 2 times I was there for an interview.
