Martin joined the Freedom Care Clinics team in 2023 after moving to Leeds from Italy (via Swansea). He holds a Masters degree in Osteopathy and specialises in musculoskeletal conditions His fluency in English, Italian and German allow him to provide comprehensive osteopathic care to a diverse range of patients to fully maximise their rehabilitation process. He is a firm advocate of the idea that achieving improved health necessitates a harmonious blend of customised hands-on care, guided exercise guidance, and informed diet and lifestyle decisions. Martin is proficient in a range of hands- on treatment modalities including soft tissue manipulation & massage, spinal and joint manipulation and a range of electro therapies. Martins journey as an osteopath has been enriched by his passion for sports, which include football, basketball, tennis, and golf. Understanding the demands of these sports, he is well-equipped to tailor his treatments to athletes and sports enthusiasts, helping them recover from injuries, improve performance, and prevent future issues.

Maud is a French osteopath who relocated to the North after living in France, Singapore, and Wales, where she earned her Masters of Osteopathy. Maud strongly believes that a multimodal approach to health, combining hands-on treatment, exercise and ergonomic or lifestyle advice effectively enhance wellbeing and recovery. She is committed to providing holistic, high-quality and personalised care for each patient, guided by evidence-based practices. Maud had a special interest in treating pregnant patients, athletes and those with chronic pain disorders, but she enjoys working with individuals of all ages and varying pain concerns. Whether you’re looking to enjoy your hobbies pain-free or need relief from work-related discomfort, Maud is dedicated to helping you achieve best possible health. In her free time, Maud enjoys going to the gym, running (nothing crazy), and hiking. She is a keen traveler with a passion for discovering diverse cultures and exploring new environments.

Lauren graduated with a Master’s degree in Chiropractic from the Anglo-European College of Chiropractic (AECC) in Bournemouth. Originally from Birmingham, Lauren’s passion for chiropractic started from a young age as I have a family full of chiropractors. Lauren has completed placements in paediatrics, and she plans to continue working with young patients and their families. However, she takes great pride in helping individuals of all ages. During her treatments Lauren provides a range of techniques, including acupuncture and chiropractic techniques such as using chiropractic blocks, spinal manipulation, and active release soft tissue techniques. In addition to her chiropractic work, Lauren is passionate about fitness and enjoy a variety of activities, from regular gym workouts to trying out new things like badminton and kayaking! She enjoys offering personalised guidance on exercises for her patients to use either in the gym or at home, to support their recovery.

Holly is a sports injury specialist and massage therapist from Newcastle who graduated from Leeds Beckett University with a degree in Sport & Exercise Therapy. She has a hands-on approach with plenty of experience in clinical settings and sporting environment. Holly offered services to Leeds Beckett Rugby Union team and worked closely with Women’s England Rugby League team during the World Cup in 2022, where she helped perform pre & post event sports massage treatments. This opportunity inspired Holly to work in a professional sporting environment and to focus on sports/deep tissue massage to aid athlete recovery. Holly has an interest in injury rehabilitation, she enjoys working alongside patients to get them back to their peak performance, stronger than before. .Holly uses a hands-on approach paired with exercise prescription in order to provide a thorough service that can improve postural issues, exercise related injuries, tired muscles and overall well-bein.
