Maud is a French osteopath who relocated to the North after living in France, Singapore, and Wales, where she earned her Masters of Osteopathy. Maud strongly believes that a multimodal approach to health, combining hands-on treatment, exercise and ergonomic or lifestyle advice effectively enhance wellbeing and recovery. She is committed to providing holistic, high-quality and personalised care for each patient, guided by evidence-based practices. Maud had a special interest in treating pregnant patients, athletes and those with chronic pain disorders, but she enjoys working with individuals of all ages and varying pain concerns. Holly is a sports injury specialist and massage therapist from Newcastle who graduated from Leeds Beckett University with a degree in Sport & Exercise Therapy. She has a hands-on approach with plenty of experience in clinical settings and sporting environment. Holly offered services to Leeds Beckett Rugby Union team and worked closely with Women’s England Rugby League team during the World Cup in 2022, where she helped perform pre & post event sports massage treatments. This opportunity inspired Holly to work in a professional sporting environment and to focus on sports/deep tissue massage to aid athlete recovery. Holly has an interest in injury rehabilitation, she enjoys working alongside patients to get them back to their peak performance, stronger than before. .Holly uses a hands-on approach paired with exercise prescription in order to provide a thorough service that can improve postural issues, exercise related injuries, tired muscles and overall well-bein.
