Disappointing. The bikini wax I had booked turned into a brazilian because the beautician got the wax everywhere. She ended up having to use scissors to remove it. The manager was kind enough to give me the treatment for free (as well as a discount off my next visit - unlikely!) but the whole experience was painful and unprofessional. I would have paid the cost of the treatment to start again!

I have never met a more compassionate and caring aesthetician than Betel. The entire experience was as pleasant as can be. Plus - and I've never encountered this with waxing before - entirely pain free. I refuse to go anywhere else!
