Best eyelashes I’ve gotten in London yet! Gwen was lovely, warm and professional. And my eyelashes lasted over 4 weeks. I will be a repeat client for life. Cannot recommend more highly!

It kills me to write this because I loved Gwen; she was lovely and super funny. I’d also like preface this by saying I was happy with the overall look after leaving the treatment (eyelash extensions).
However after getting home from my appointment, one of my housemates pointed out my lashes were uneven (one had less lashes and stopped before the corner of my eye, where the lashes on the other eye fanned out)
Gwen was very accommodating and fixed them right up a few days later on a lunch break, so I was happy. However it’s now been a week and all but three lashes on one eye have fallen out. The other eye still has nearly a full set, so I look pretty ridiculous. I’m now going back to the lash tech I usually use so that she can fix me up.

Love my new lashes, Gwen was very knowledgeable about the eyelash extensions and worked very fast and efficiently.
The salon that she's based in quite foggy, maybe it's the lights but it looked really smokey somehow?
