It was a bit hard for me to find the place, as it is a beautician working at someone else’s salon, google maps didn’t take me to the right place. But I managed to get there! (This is mostly my fault though and not theirs)
The salon is simple and the room where the treatment happens is small but clean.
During the treatment I would have appreciated if she had stayed in the room; or offered to, during the waiting periods, as they are very vulnerable times not being able to move or open your eyes. Also there was no music so the ambience was a bit dry but she also didn’t give loads of chitchat which was great and allowed me to relax.
As for the lax results, they are extreme. She works with maximum lift and I find that the first few days after my treatment it was a bit too much but now it’s settling and looking fantastic. Lashes are a bit unruly and there are a few that bent the wrong way, but when I pointed at a few lower lashes that had taken a weird shape she took the time to fix it and achieve perfection in her work.
Overall it was good value for money, great results, only improvement would be the ambience while there.
I’d go back.

I cannot recommend Gwen enough - the quality of service was 10/10 from the moment I walked in. She walked me through the process, the lashes and their different lengths, showed me different styles, asked me questions on what I was hoping to achieve and figured out what would look best with my eye shape and size. The session was painless, the tunes were on point and she’s brilliant at making you feel chill and
comfy - the hour flew by! She uses high quality silk lashes which are so natural looking and so comfortable I forget they’re there AND I am already having people ask if these are my real lashes! Whether this is your first time getting lashes or you’re a regular, Go with Gwen - A true lash OG x
