The therapist was lovely and very welcoming.
I was a bit disappointed with the treatment as it wasn’t the smoothest eyebrow threading I’ve had. The therapist also plucked a lot of my eyebrows rather than threaded them.

Gwen is extremely meticulous and patient! I was a bit late but she does both my manicure and pedicure flawlessly! Will definitely come back and have some chit chat in Vietnamese ❤️

Staff were lovely - but it wasn’t the smoothest wax I have had - it was harsh and uncomfortable

I cannot get over Gwen and how fantastic she is personality wise as well as professionally. She's welcoming, friendly, amazing to talk to and to top it off, knows how to do nails perfectly - my pedicure is still in mint condition! Can't wait to go back!

Gwen is amazing, both professionally and personally! She made me feel very comfortable and conversation with her was a joy, but the level of treatment itself is something else - she's in a whole different league! Treatments are done within a hair salon, which is pleasant and friendly. I look forward to seeing her next and trying some of the other services Gwen offers :)
