Gwen was fantastic, made me feel about as comfortable as you can possibly hope in a waxing situation! Really chatty, which was most appreciated as it put me at ease and made the time fly by. Also, probably the most thorough wax I've ever had - Gwen took her time to ensure I was happy with everything. Liked the lavender wax, too. Thank you!
