Really disappointed with my manicure and pedicure. Was supposed to have two hours worth of treatments, however was over within 90 minutes and that was only because I was left in the heated mittens for 15 minutes while they waited for a nail table to become available. Equipment was old and dated, thermal booties didn’t really work or do up properly, did not receive a complete foot and leg treatment up to the knee as website described, more just cream rubbed into my feet, no real specific nail treatments, didn’t bother with the cuticles on one hand and to top it off, had to pay an extra £5 for gels!
