Absolutely love my experience at the Fresh Beauty and Skincare Center. The staff are always friendly, welcoming and professional. My facials and hot stone massage were absolutely dreamy and spot on. My waxing would have been more pleasant had I asked for hot wax and not strip wax. Have already recommended Fresh to my friends and will continue to do so. Going to a beauty appointment is very personal and can be intimidating (eg waxing), the staff at Fresh make it a comfortable and relaxed experience. I have two suggestions: 1) Perhaps state which wax is going to be used, then the client can decide whether to go ahead and book or not. 2) A card machine would be helpful as fewer and fewer people carry cash.

Very professional, the treatment was exactly what I was looking for. Very well trained staff. I would highly recommend this salon.
