Tina was very friendly and accommodating. I booked very last minute and she had messaged me and phoned as she was double booked. I had missed the message but in the end she shuffled things round and I was still able to have my cut. I'm guessing that's why the salon floor was unswept - I was put before the last client clean up. That was fine with me though.
I have long hair with long layers and just wanted a trim. Tina definitely took off a lot more than the 'inch off' she suggested, although I did say to take off what she thought it needed. The layers are much shorter than they were, which is fine at the back, but its a bit too short at the front. I did ask for shaping around the face but this is quite heavy - more like a bob. I think it will look better when it's grown out a bit. Overall I'm happy with it though and Tina was lovely.

First time and last time here booked online but it wasn’t written in the diary when I arrived for my appointment they werent expecting me did fit me in though had a short wait but didn’t mind that. Haircut and blow dry was ok I thought but the following morning notice how badly my fringe had been cut it looks like a huge chunk has been cut it has no shape and doesn’t lay into the cut it just hangs. Awful . Now have to try and find somewhere to put it right at more expense . Won’t be going back.
