I went in and waited for an hour passed my appointment for them to tell me they could no longer fit me in and could I come back another day, she also changed the type of appointment I had and kept adding extras on to the point my hair cut was almost triple what it was quoted, they was overbooked yet again so my hair colouring took 4 hours longer I was left and moved around without anyone coming to check on me multiple times it was horrendous

I have been using Fresh Look Salon for quite a while now and have always experienced an amazing service at the salon. Figi and all of her staff are professional & friendly. On my most recent visit since the pandemic I felt safe. They provided me with hand sanitizer and a mask. All the staff were wearing masks and the salon was immaculately clean as it always is. I am so happy to see my salon back in business and always recommend the salon to family and friends. Thank you Figi ! x

Even as a new client I was made to feel welcome and right at home. Malaj listened to what I wanted, gave her advice too and I got a hair cut that was really lovely and left feeling like a new woman after lockdown!
