The visit was pleasant as always and Freta and Sarah created a wonderful atmosphere. The only hiccup was that appointments were late running as it was quite busy.

I like coming here, I can make appointments in advance, and they are punctual. The staff are polite and friendly. It's a small place, so it can feel cramped when there are too many people in there, but I care more about the level of hair care I get which I can say is top notch compared to other Afro/Caribbean hair salons I've been to.
I think it would be helpful to know the cost for services upfront, best to set expectations at the beginning rather than deal with differences in expectations once done.
