It was my first time going to Freta and it was good. Even though they they busy and running late for my appointment, Freta apologised for the delay. She was very nice and I really like my hair style.

Like the results but not 100% sure about the process. My hair wasn't detangled after my 2month sew in had been taken out. However the lady that did my braids was lovely and my braids were nice and near
