Nails are very uneven and look sloppy, the male technician never asked if I was happy with the shape/length and made me feel like a nuisance when I asked for changes like having them slightly shorter. I specifically requested the technician with good reviews on Treatwell but didn't get her for my appointment. They also didn't clean/disinfect between different customers which is concerning in terms of covid. In general just felt uncomfortable and disappointed with my nails.
