No cuticle work, leaving quite a messy finish. Application was fine but very many fine spots of gel around my fingers and a large solid lump under my thumb. I requested mai but had someone else. Not bad but not great, not sure if I'd go back. Sorry

Nails are very uneven and look sloppy, the male technician never asked if I was happy with the shape/length and made me feel like a nuisance when I asked for changes like having them slightly shorter. I specifically requested the technician with good reviews on Treatwell but didn't get her for my appointment. They also didn't clean/disinfect between different customers which is concerning in terms of covid. In general just felt uncomfortable and disappointed with my nails.
