Whilst Jaz was an absolute delight, my haircut is overly layered, choppy, thinned out in some places and so uneven. I’m really upset.
The salon itself is unclean, the towels smelled and the sink was full of hair.

I’d like to start by saying Jazz is a lovely lady and does try her best to please. I asked for an inverted bob however the front was cut too short not taking into account my hair curls. I was left with no other option than go for a pixie cut which is not what I had intended (I wanted the hair just under the chin). Jazz did try her best to fix it however it is hard to find a hairdresser that understands curls I just wish Jazz understood her limitations and had played safe.
