I booked the appointment at really short notice. Jaz was welcoming and understood what needed to be done on my hair even before I started to explain it! She was quick and efficient, and gave me a better cut than I have had for ages. I have already recommended them and I will definately will be going back.

Hollywood done with Jaz sceptical at first as normally stick with the same wax lady.
Jaz was very sweet and the conversation made me feel at ease and forget the pain. The service was much cheaper and quicker than any other previous wax experience. Will be back for my eyebrows this week. Can’t recommend enough, very happy with the results.

I arrived on time for the appointment but they weren't open yet. When I came back 20mins later she was just beginning to open and apologised profusely for being late.
She was honest about what was possible with the appointment type I had booked (dry haircut) and did a really good job in tidying up my hair. She was also really friendly.
I would recommend.
