I arrived on time for the appointment but they weren't open yet. When I came back 20mins later she was just beginning to open and apologised profusely for being late.
She was honest about what was possible with the appointment type I had booked (dry haircut) and did a really good job in tidying up my hair. She was also really friendly.
I would recommend.

25 mins late - uncomfortable chair - not suited for threading more like a hairdressing chair. Eyebrow threading ok but came out with some blood and redness which I do not usually have after threading
