Had to wait a little bit as there was only one member of staff in but she was very kind and I'm very pleased with my haircut

The salon was dirty and unkept, with dirty tissues everywhere. The waxing bed is separated from the rest of the nail shop with a simple curtain. The therapist was on the phone whilst waxing me which was super unprofessional. The holly wood wax gave me burns on my skin and she took approximately 7 mins to do my wax when it was a 20 minute appointment. I will not be returning.
