The woman who waxed me was so lovely and made me feel really comfortable unfortunately though after coming home and having a closer look there is alot of hair that has been missed out mostly from the Hollywood. As apologetic as she was someone did walk in whilst I was having the treatment but she handled it well. sadly it wasn't the best experience I've had but I highly rate the customer service!
