I booked an appointment on line to have my hair cut at 1pm, however I arrived an hour early and the staff were very friendly and courteous and were able to see me straight away.
I showed the hairdresser a picture of the hairstyle I wanted and she explained how she would be cutting my hair (a mixture of scissors and a razor)
The hairdresser was so polite and chatted with me while cutting and styling my hair.
I must say that this was the best haircut I have had in many years.
I highly recommend this shop.

I did not make it to the appointment as the venue was closed as the time my appointment was booked. I believe this is a Treatwell issue as it has happened before with another booking elsewhere. I called and received excellent customer service from the manager so would like to make a booking here soon!
