The venue cancelled my appointment as they can't reach the therapist on Sundays. Whilst I understand that, they shouldn't offer appointments for Sunday's. I also haven't had my refund from treatwell so having to email them to try and arrange that

I have had my hair cut many times by the super welcoming salon owner and she always does a brilliant job - I leave feeling like a princess! When I’ve had my hair cut by other members of her staff, they’ve done an equally great job. Thanks again, Kate.

I've been to Friends Hair and Beauty twice now, and have had my hair cut by 2 different hairdressers there.
The ambiance is a friendly and cosy one, and all the staff treat you as a good friend rather than a customer. It adds a really nice touch that you don't always get in larger salons.
Both stylists really listened to my needs, looked at the pictures, gave advice, and I loved my haircut both times.
I am already a repeat customer, but due to the friendly staff, reasonable prices, and great results, I now see this as my go-to salon when I need something done.

When I walked in, the place itself scared me. It looked really dirty and nothing like in the pictures. I actually thought about leaving. But the lady who did my hair was friendly and gave me a lovely haircut. But I wouldn’t go back.
