The stylist was great, did exactly as I asked and did a really great job. Great value. But I turned up in time for my appointment and was asked to come back later as they were too busy. The stylist later told me that only the manager checks the TW appointments and doesn’t tell the stylists. Also the shop walls and floor were very dirty.

Jess did a fantastic job and was professional. She took time to ensure I was okay during the treatment and did all she could to ensure my experience was a pleasant one!!!
