The staff was friendly. Not very organised as the lady had not been informed by the owner that there was a booking. Room was dirty on arrival had to wait to have it ready. The quality of the service was quite good.

I had a lady called Yana cut and blow dry my hair. I had a re-style and my cut was exactly what I wanted and more. The place is also a nail salon by the way so great if you want other treatments too. It's a little cramped, but the staff are really friendly and hospitable which makes up for it. I highly recommend this place.

Don't be put off my this being right in Surrey Street market, I had a fantastic hair cut for a really reasonable price compared to some of the other places nearby. I used to go to one of the big chain hair dressers in croydon and always came away disappointed, the staff at Friends listened to what I wanted and did a great job. I'm currently growing out a pixie crop so my hair isn't in the easiest condition to work with but I was really happy with the finish and the cut. The staff were very friendly and I will definitely be going back again.
