I went there seeing all the good reviews. Dunno what the fuss is all about. It is just an average salon. When I talked to them over phone they said a haircut with blow dry would charge me a 20 pounds but when I went there they said it is 30 pounds for the haircut with blow dry. If so they should have mentioned it earlier. And the haircut was not very perfect. Overall not a good experience.
Wasn't sure from the outside as its such a small space but I was completely wrong. It's a little gem in Croydon that I will 100% go back to when I need any beauty treatments. The staff were fab!

Friends is tiny and was super busy on the Saturday afternoon when I went, but don't be put off - you wouldn't find the place if you didn't know it was there but it's a real hidden gem. Jana and Jas are friendly, attentive and professional, they gave me exactly what I asked for and at the prices they charge I'm really thrilled with the quality of the service I got. I will definitely be back, and soon!

Salon easy to find. It was busy with customers when I got there but I was seen right away as they were aware of my booking.
The beautician was very friendly and gave advice as I had never had eyelash extensions before. I told her I was trying them out before my holiday and she advised accordingly. I was pleased with the result and I will go back to have them done for my holiday. I may also try other treatments like eyebrows and waxing.
