I booked a luxury spa manicure. The staff are all friendly and polite and I did not have to wait. My manicure started straight away. 2 things I would like to bring up: 1. My nails were not shaped properly, some were shorter some longer and the shape was not the same for all. 2. The major disappointment and especially when a luxury spa manicure is booked - there was no moisturisation or massage. Almost everywhere I have gone for a manicure include a massage.
Other than that, all was great and I would go back but bring it up before the start of the treatment next time!

Really friendly staff. Really pleased with my hair cut, nothing is too much trouble. Would definitely visit again.
