Unfortunately on unable to award zero stars, as my booking did not happen. It was cancelled at 4.30 pm on Friday night before my 9.00 am Saturday booking. Very disappointed, as needed the timing for my pedicure right for a special event. Have now struggled to get an appointment elsewhere, which means taking time off work. If the appointment was not available, why wasn’t I informed a lot sooner. It’s not like I booked at the last minute. No confidence in the booking system and will not try Fudge boutique again. A very poor experience.

As much as it is not a nice experience to have yourself waxed down there.. the friendly girl from Fudge Boutique made it better by having a nice chat. She was very thorough and I love the smooth end result. Definitely going back!
