Technician filed at a part of my foot until it bled. Didn’t say anything - just tried to wash it off in the water. Eventually, when it couldn’t be hidden, I was given a plaster.

I’m covered in a burn like rash, It feels like a layer of skin has come off! I’ve never come up in a rash like this from waxing before and remember at the time thinking this hurts a lot more than usual. The waxing is also very patchy, lots of patches of hair. Will not be returning sadly especially as I’m owed £10 from pre-paying an arm wax that didn’t happen.
