First time here, 10/10 experience. Amazing service from the guy at the front, really appreciated it. I was so nervous & anxious as I’ve never been here and I was abit late because I got lost. I was approached with such genuine care - he made me feel so comfortable and at home. Very friendly. The lady that done my nails was very patient & done a really good job, I love them! Thank you a million, I’ll be back xxxx

Love how my nails look BUT:
- the salon is dirty and smells strongly of chemicals - the nail technician didn’t understand how to remove gel without filing down the surface of my nails. I had to ask multiple times for him to not file them. I had to explain that the gel will scrape off easily after more time soaking in acetone (which it did)

One star only because shellac looks nice and tidy. Regarding the pedicure, I came out of the salon worse than when I walked in. The pedicure is done with an unsafe tool looking like a CHEESE GRATER. Skin cannot be evenly removed or smoothed. She injured me on my bunion, I was bleeding quite a bit. Did not get even a sorry. Literally, only acknowledgement of it was "I dont know how, you had dry skin there".. When it all finished, there was so much of skin left, ridiculous.Waste of money + Injury
