I usually leave great reviews for Full Stop as I’ve been here often but this one was different. Firstly, £10 for acrylic removal is extortionate, considering it takes only 5-10 mins and so easy to do! Secondly, this is the first time I’ve asked for super sparkly amazing nails for my holiday (rather than simple design or just one colour) and the nail tech said she couldn’t do it (even though I showed a picture on my last visit and she said she could!). So I went with pink and white ombré, which she was huffing about the whole time as if I’d asked her to conduct brain surgery! She was SO rude to me and made my nail bleed twice through carelessness.
