decent soak off of acrylic extensions, quick and to the point

When we arrived the receptionist was nice and told us to have a seat, the nail tech asked what I was getting done and I said acrylics with gel. None of the nail polish colors actually matched the swatches which made it difficult to choose a color. My nails turned out nice in the end but when I went to pay they told me it was £40 rather than the £30 nails I had booked. They said it’s because I got gel nail polish and not gel powder but the nail tech didn’t ask and on the app there was only one acrylic/ gel option and it was £30. I don’t think I should’ve had to pay £40.
