the lady who did my waxing was professional and new her job very well. the previous day she did first waxing for my daughter as well. It was almost painless as enjoyable. I will reccomend her highly to all of my friends. the gentleman at reception was very nice and welcoming. we need more staff like this everywhere. thank you
