All of the staff were very helpful and friendly. The service was perfect. I loved my refill and the nail tech Jenny was very warm and friendly. She provided a excellent service overall.

My services were great! The technician was friendly and had amazing attention to detail. She was very helpful and did a beautiful job. However, there was no mention that I would only be able to pay in cash. I didn't bring the correct card and used an account I would have preferred not to use. This was not major but I would have preferred to be made aware of, ahead of time.

Quick service but the reception staff were a little aloof.

The aesthetician was great - really professional and friendly. However the waxing technique was quite painful (more than I've had before). It was quite fast though!
