Arrived for manicure on time to be told that the salon has trouble with trait well as it doesn't update their computer properly and the appointment wasn't on their system and they didn't have anyone free to honour my appointment

Really lovely staff and nice place but I was a little disappointed that the price I was charged was different to what I was told through treatwell (if it seems too good to be true, more likely than not it is!) Also a little annoying that card is not accepted, had to run to the atm which ruined a couple of my nails but fair play to them, they fixed it!
