The eyebrow lady was very lazy! She kept twisting my neck instead of going around to the other side to thread my other eyebrow. In the end I had to tell her to stop doing that as she was hurting my neck. this is the 2nd time I've had the same lady and she has done this both times. She needs to be retrained

Didn’t like the way they removed acrylics as my nails are paper thin at the moment- I’ve had acrylics off before and it felt a bit unnecessary to sand down to this extent. But manicure was good as always pretty much what I wanted
