I’ve been here several times before so it disappoints me to have to rate the experience overall as a negative one.
Firstly their system does mesh well with the Treatwell app so they got my treatment wrong, however I had spoken to the salon on at least 3 occasions previously to confirm what I wanted done, so I wasn’t impressed when they messed up my treatment at the start.
Then, they told me the app had charged me the wrong price AFTER they’d done the treatment and I had to pay extra, I contested but as it was just before Christmas I didn’t want or need the aggravation! The worst part is this was done by the owner Hong, her attitude became negative very quickly!
She also messed up one of my nails which I didn’t realise until I got home,
Very sad to have to part ways from this salon after 2 yrs of being a loyal customer.
They need to remember, that they’re only as good as their last service!
