Firstly,this placevis inside of The Gym not Fitness First as per address.That was quite confusing and didn't help to find the place.Its loud inside (music from the gym) so you can't relax.The venue is relatively clean ,but you could see dust bungles on the floor.Lady which was making my facial was very nice ,but facial itself was limited to bit of face massage and placing a mask.Overall , not the best experience.

Really disappointed by my visit. Initially I had booked on Treatwell for 7:15pm. I wanted to add another treatment to my appointment so I called the venue directly. They then told me that I actually didn't have a booking and that the Treatwell timeline is often out of date. They could however fit me in at 7:30pm. That was fine but had I not called I would have showed up to find I had no appointment. I arrived at 7:20pm for my 7:30pm appointment and didn't get seen until 8pm. Despite booking for the hot wax my therapist used strip wax. I corrected her during the treatment and she continued to use strip wax. She also kept going over the same areas and I'm now left with bruising at the tops of my legs. My treatment was also interrupted twice for other staff members to get cleaning supplies out of the treatment room. You already feel uncomfortable getting a bikini wax done so to have the door opened while you are mid-treatment isn't very nice. Very disappointed and would not go back to this salon.

Lovely. Had to change appointment time as Treatwell didn't have the right free times for them, but they still fit me in at short notice. Great gel manicure (the previous one lasted 3 weeks with no chips, so they must use really good quality stuff!) and friendly staff. The salon is a bit small and messy but it shouldn't put you off, as the service is excellent.
