The facilities are clean and the staff is very nice. What was lacking was communication. I wasn't asked what kind of waxing I came in for and the wax was hot which I pointed out but it wasn't really taken into consideration. I would nevertheless recommend the salon.

Asked to work on my lower back. Said they would work on lower back, glutes and hamstrings. Felt only worked on the above for 10 mins. The rest was on the full back. Would have preferred if my request was followed.
